Involvement
Other ways I spend my time.
As a college student, there are many things that vie for your attention. There are many different ways that I spend my time while in school. Here you will be able to see what I am involved with other than being a student.
Retail and Consumer Sciences Preceptorship
I currently work part-time while attending the University of Arizona. I am currently a preceptor for the Norton School of Family and Consumer Sciences. I attend their class to aid the teacher and facilitate the Zoom portion of the class and hold personal office hours to help students with the content material.
Eller Clubs and Organizations
Other than being a preceptor, I am also involved in many other Eller-specific clubs. These include BoE, Eller Transfer Ambassadors, and SMA just to name a few. This allows me the opportunity to network with industry professionals and strengthens my professional development. Being a part of these clubs has taught me interview skills, time management, and networking.
Hobbies
Occasionally, when I have a spare moment, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, playing video games, watching movies and TV shows, and enjoying the Arizona scenery by taking walks.
